VERY FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE CONSULTANT ESPECIALLY WITH MY CONDITION OF BREAST CANCER WHICH IS A FRIGHTENING TIME BUT MISS HEITMANN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND A GOOD LISTENER.
THE SURGERY WAS FLAWLESS AND THE SURGICAL INCISIONS WERE NEAT AND HEALED REALLY WELL.
MISS HEITMANN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO VERY NICE AND INFORNAL AND EVEN GAVE ME A HUG BEFORE SURGERY WHICH INDICATED HER HUMAN TOUCH.
