Dr Vellayan is an outstanding Consultant. From my first appointment she made me feel completely at ease. She explained fully what/why tests were needed. Allowing me lots of opportunity to ask questions. Prior to my surgery Dr Vellayan let me know she was happy for me to email her if I had any concerns/questions.
On the day of surgery Dr Vellayan was reassuring and again explained what would be involved. Post op Dr Vellayan came to see me to explain how surgery had gone and an initial diagnosis. With an appointment to follow for my results. Again Dr Vellayan said I could contact her by email if I had an questions about my recovery and she kept in regular contact. .
At my post op appointment Dr Vellayan took the time to explain my results fully and was very reassuring regarding my post op recovery. .
I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Vellayan.
