Lyndsey was so accessible and available when needed. Her approach was direct and down to earth with no unnecessary jargon, she answered all of my questions and validated my concerns/feelings. I was completely confident in her abilities and skill and trusted her without a single doubt. It was a huge anxiety provoking decision to make, it was massive surgery and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do it!

I honestly could not recommend a better surgeon than Miss Highton! I travelled 3 hours to be under her care and I knew she was the surgeon I wanted to go with. Miss Highton put me very much as ease and listened to absolutely everything I asked for! I am so incredibly happy with the results and I feel like I have my femininity back! On the day of the surgery I thought I would be a nervous wreck, but I wasn’t and that was purely down to the fact I knew I was in good hands and had no doubts at all in the care Miss Highton was providing me! I would highly recommend!!

Miss Highton came recommended to me, and I am so pleased that I made the decision to have Lyndsey perform my breast augmentation surgery. When researching surgeons, she stood out as someone who really understood breast anatomy and wasn’t simply performing implants. From the first consultation, I knew I’d found my surgeon; she was approachable, answered all of my questions and gave honest opinions. On surgery day, I felt (nervously) happy and confident and was really well taken care of. When I went to have my dressings removed 2 weeks later, the nurses were impressed with the neatness of the incision and the healing. 6 months on, and I still can’t believe these are my boobs now! The result is amazing and I highly recommend Lyndsey.

Lyndsey was amazing from start to finish, as soon as I met her I instantly felt in safe hands and knew she was the consultant I wanted! My treatment went amazingly well and I could not be happier with my results, they are better than I could ever have imagined! The aftercare I received was incredible, any concerns or worries at all Lyndsey was happy to see me throughout. I couldn’t recommend Lyndsey anymore if I tried, she really is the best at what she does :)
