I have seen Miss Khan a number of times and she has been excellent every time. She was diligent and persistent at my ultrasound and explained everything when she performed a biopsy. I then saw her immediately before my surgery, where she again explained what would be happening and helped to reassure me. She visited me after my surgery on the ward and ran through things again and even helped me to get more comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I saw her again (yesterday) post surgery for the results, to be checked and for the next stages in my cancer treatment. I can honestly only sing her praises for her professionalism, ability to explain things in an understandable way, compassion and her empathy. She listens and has a sense of humour too and is very kind, reassuring and caring.

Lucy was great from the first moment I saw her till my last hospital appointment. She knew what the problem was and the best way to deal with it under the circumstances. She is very confident in what she does which made me trust her as a specialist. She is always friendly, smiling, making jokes what cheered me up even in most unpleasant moments when I was crying out in pain and after my operation I received a very needed hug. I was unlucky to get a not very common condition and it took me two weeks till I met her. She was the first person who truly understood my pain and helped me the most. Last but not least, the aftercare which is still in progress is amazing and I am very happy knowing that there are people and doctors out there who do care. I can never thank Lucy enough for what she's done for me.
