I saw Dr Dawson regarding an ongoing issue I have and although I had not seen her before she knew my history and asked pertinent questions.
She actively listened to me and made me feel like she cared with her comments, body language and her smile reached her eyes. She made good eye contact and when contacted by reception via the computer regarding some paperwork she apologised even though I was unaware.
Thank you Dr Dawson for great care - both my husband and I have seen you and feel very confident in seeing you.
