this lovely lady takes time to listen to all the issues you need to address an can see the bigger picture in the short time allocated, that is your appointment. She is astute and thorough taking into account your history.
She is a credit to the medical profession and to the surgery itself.

It would be so nice to be able to get to know 1 doctor, it is so frustrating to see a different doctor & nurse all the time, which fails to provide 'us' with any form of individuality.
