Miss Sacks gave me great confidence in her skills and aftercare. She is constantly in attendance and readily available to and willing to listen to her patients. I was facing quite significant surgery without family to support or to care for me afterwards. Miss Sacks gave me reassurance both in her own, her team's, and in my own ability to cope with this, for me, life -changing procedure. Immediately post-surgery she telephoned my family, one of them in America, to reassure them too. She went out of her way to attend me at home. I cannot speak highly enough of this enormously friendly and caring lady at the head of a very skilled team. My major fear was that I was simply too old, at 73, to be contemplating surgery on this scale. Now, one year on, I feel fantastic, my confidence in my appearance is renewed, I feel several beneficial side outcomes, and really quite a new lease of life. This has been more than 'cosmetic' surgery for me, and I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Miss Sacks.

Everyone has their own problems they keep to themselves and when mine got to a point of eating away at my daily thoughts I needed to seek help, Lisa was very supportive, realistic and made things very clear in what seemed to be a foggy path beforehand. My treatment was otoplasty and it has changed my life, it's brought back my confidence, it's given me the platform for a fresh start to believe in myself.
