I immediately felt at ease when speaking to Lisa. She is a very talented expert and from the outset I had no concerns. Lisa’s manner is superb. Knowledgable and warm. I had a very minor procedure but it was done with utmost care and my residual scar almost invisible. Could not have been happier.
