Miss Lesley Roberts was THE doctor who discovered the condition that was to kill my child at birth - after several doctors failed to find anything wrong. If not for her, my baby would have bled to death at birth. Due to Lesley's ultrasound skills, she saw the condition on the US and booked me to have CS - which she performed with the highest professionalism - not only my baby was born healthy and safe, but I do not have a cesarean scar - the operation was done by such skilled hands, that the scar is virtually invisible couple of years on. All our family will be forever grateful to this wonderful doctor.
If you suspect you might have vasa previa - a condition from which 400-500 healthy full term babies die every year in the UK - do everything you can to get seen by Lesley Roberts - she would save your baby
