I’ve experienced outstanding medical and personal care from Ms Lougher during my time as her patient which is currently ongoing. She always listens to your concerns and shows the utmost professionalism during clinics. Even received a return phone call from her today to arrange future treatment after the slow down of the current CoronaVirus situation and my other imminent surgery in UHW for a different medical reason. If anyone needs a consultant who is a complete Pro and a caring human being, then I would not hesitate to recommend Ms Lougher as an Orthopedic consultant. Fantastic Doctor/ Surgeon! Listens to all concerns answers questions fully - No jargon/medical terms used, treated as an equal. I trusted her 100% going in to theatre back in November and then end result was much better than I had hoped for. I am still seeing her for follow up appointments sue to the severity of my fracture - Ms Loughor's clinic's are always on time and her staff are just as good as her. I could hear the nursing staff speaking highly of her clinic (one nurse said - "Ms Loughor is so lovely to work with").

Just a normal woman doing a job she really cares about, treats you like a person not a hospital number. Answers any questions to the best of her ability with truthfull answers. Friendly, approachable.
