Dr Ismail was very courteous, kind & thorough. The procedure was very painful but she reassured me continually. The nursing staff were very reassuring &kind too. She went through her findings & reassured me . I had a very courteous letter three weeks later confirming all was well . The whole team made a painful procedure much easier. Thank you

Ms Ismail’s care has been lovely - I have really felt that I’ve been listened to when I initially discussed my concerns with her, and she has always made me feel very comfortable at appointments. Her medical advice has always been thorough and I feel very confident in her. I am very grateful for my care the Manor Hospital, and for her wonderful secretary Zoe who is able to answer emails so promptly!
