She understood details of my condition well and acted on them.
I feel very confident with her and she takes into account any personal problems.
Miss Ismail gave me excellent professional care.
I was heard and well attended to with everything explained clearly and I felt I was in capable and caring hands. Her patience and reassurance was just what I needed at a distressing time.
Her Secretary Zoe was excellent too , always promptly responding. A class team !
I recently had to visit the 2week wait clinic as I have a lump/cyst.
Initially I was seen by a colleague of Miss Ismail , Dr Sally El Tawab, who was very heavy handed caused another tear when examining me that was not present on arrival and did not listen to me when I said she was not examining the correct area for the lump.
she called Miss Ismail who was lovely very gentle, but again was not able to find the lump.
By this point I had given up explaining as I was so sore and uncomfortable due to the previous examination so I just accepted their findings and left. The lump is still there and was able to be felt by both my partner and GP prior to visiting.
I did not leave feeling I had be heard.
Amazing doctor, she was really kind, considerate and lovely to talk to. She listened to my problem while other doctors had dismissed my issue. She put me at ease right away and I received the results of my tests without having to chase for them. :)
Her assistant was also very kind and listening ; she's been very patient with the 100 questions I asked her about all the paperwork and other random stuff! :D (again, sorry about that!)
Thank you very much! I feel so much better now :)
I was a very nervous patient. Ms Ismail put me completely at ease and reassured me throughout my examination.
I would absolutely recommend her.
