Dr Ismail was very courteous, kind & thorough. The procedure was very painful but she reassured me continually. The nursing staff were very reassuring &kind too.
She went through her findings & reassured me . I had a very courteous letter three weeks later confirming all was well .
The whole team made a painful procedure much easier. Thank you
