Miss Katherine Brown

I had an initial consultation with Miss Brown and she was very kind and understanding of my situation. It was very painful to examine me so she suggested sedation for a full examination. I was sent for pre assessment straight away and the examination has been confirmed to take place within 2 weeks.

Miss Brown is an approachable and caring consultant. She has a kind, no nonsense manner and I can't recommendations her more.

I’ve been referred to Dr K Brown 3 times & each time I’ve seen her she has been very helpful & friendly . I found her very understanding. I had a procedure with her. & she explained everything to me. So I felt at ease as she also done the procedure. When I went back to see her she explained what the procedure entailed I found her a very caring dr & surgeon. & You don’t feel rushed when you see her in clinic.

Miss Brown has been so caring, understanding, honest and helped me a great deal. I do not think she could improve as she is excellent on every way.

Miss Brown has always treated me with the upmost respect. I have had several consultations and procedures with her as the surgeon and would not hesitate to again..

The mannerism, approach and condescending tone of communication from this doctor spoke to ingrained habitual disregard for others. The first time I met her I had been left in a state of undress in a waiting lobby then gurney to languish in pain for upwards of 10 hours Her first words to me was that I would be dead in exactly 3 months (today makes it 3 months) In my glazed pain laden state, she waved barely visible photos of a scan and spoke quickly without pausing and seemed too happy in my view and had no apologies for the way i had been left to languish She was rude, she made unacceptable assumptions and she invested heavily in unsolicited sociopersonal advise going as far as to tell me if I had ever paid any tax my treatment would be more than all the tax I ever paid. beyond this, I have had an operation before and the wound healed okay with a 16 inch wound and no issues. This doctors work has left me with a growing 12inch keloid visible through the loosest of clothing and internally she aggravated an emerging condition to a critical condition. Each day since she opened me up, it gets worse The last time I saw her, it was a waste of my time., despite asserting knowledge she had no answers to direct questions I was left feeling she had messiah complex No candour and total lack of respect Despite the facade of calm, its all fakery I would be happier if we never saw each other again.

I have been a patient in the past & recently had an operation performed by Miss Brown. I have always felt at ease, listened to, understood & well informed about my condition. She has a pleasant manner, friendly, calm, competent & of course professional. I felt safe being treated by her & am so grateful to her for solving a long standing issue. I would have no hesitation seeing her again if necessary & cannot recommend her highly enough. 5

I have seen a lot of five star reviews about Miss Brown but my consultation with her was not. I thought her initial statement to me was very blunt and her same manner never improved throughout the whole appointment. This consultation did not give me a very good impression of Miss Brown.

I had many surgeries between 2009 and ending in 2018, and I knew Miss Brown had my interests at heart and was committed to ensuring my wellbeing. Which she did and I am very grateful.
