I found Miss Nethercliffe to be approachable and caring. She demonstrated great thoroughness in her analysis of my condition and the options available in tacking it. She put me at ease, was clear and easy to follow in her explanations. I feel that she cares about me as an individual, I am not just another face needing treatment. I was able to ask questions and at no point felt rushed. I look forward to seeing her again. Miss Nethercliffe has been doing procedures on me for the last 10 years. Ever since i have known this Doctor she has always been very professional. She always puts me at ease with going in to full details about the procedure and answers any questions you have. She listens to any concerns you may have and will talk about them with you.
