Janette was very thorough and extremely helpful. She took time to explain what she saw when examining my eye. I had an accident (a chemical went in my eye) and she reassured me fully about the outcome and explained fully the purposes of the medications prescribed. She could see I was scared and I didn't feel rushed and difficult. Thank you so much - you are an amazing lady.

I saw this lovely lady on Wednesday 25th August at A & E Western Eye Hospital in London. I am very nervous and anxious and this amazing lady gave me time and listened even though she had past her shift time and was due to leave. An extremely knowledgeable individual with patience for everyone including the team she seemed to be guiding. Am so grateful that I saw her and that she was so thorough in her examination and prompt treatment. I would definitely see her again if the need be but hopefully wont. The Western Eye Hospital A & E needs care and attention but not the wonderful nurses and doctors that work there. They are great.
