I sat in on a family member's appointment with Dr Gandhewar. I was thouroughly dissatisfied with two key elements of the appointment. Firstly, there was absolutely no attempt to to gather any information from my family member regarding their condition and a very poor explanation of what the problem might be. Secondly, and certainly more disturbingly, the doctor had a very poor tone and attitude. Overall it left my family member feeling disregarded and with no extra information or guidance. Also being in the medical profession I felt inclined to share this experience.
