She had no compassion at all my grandma died and took her 11days to certify her death .the coroner and bereavement constantly tried chasing it up all they got from her was I’m busy . As a family we wanted my grandma at rest in the chapel not lay in the morgue we as couldn’t register her death witch is ment to be done within 5 days and when we did register she had signed it the day she died witch we no she had back dated as she was too busy to sign ! We also never got to speak to my grandma why conscious. I feel they could of let us see her sooner as we were in the next room. She had no compassion definitely no dignity for deseased, which I feel we all deserve ! People shouldn’t be in this job if they can’t treat people with care and compassion n just like another number

Had reason to see this Doctor in A & E today and I found her to be really quite rude and uncaring. She made quite a rude comment as soon as she saw us, without being aware of the facts and, seemingly having judged us, was unwilling to listen to and dismissive of the response to her abrupt comment. Maybe she was rushed off her feet but this apparently did not stop her being friendly, even joking, with other patients. After diagnosis, we were quickly dismissed by this Doctor who continued to be very abrupt and rude in front of other patients. We felt humiliated and belittled. As a parent of another child who is disabled and having had many dealings with many kind, caring Doctors over the years, I was dismayed to find my son and myself treated in this manner which was totally without foundation. I remain angry and totally disgusted at the treatment, and total lack of caring, meted out by this Doctor and am very seriously considering making an official complaint.
