From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. Your dedication to providing top-notch medical care and creating a comfortable environment did not go unnoticed. Every member of the team played a crucial role in making my stay comfortable and safe. The compassion and kindness displayed by the nurses were beyond compare. Their constant attention to my needs, patience in explaining procedures, and willingness to go the extra mile significantly contributed to my overall positive experience. The doctors exhibited a high level of expertise, and their clear communication instilled confidence and reassurance. Seeing Dr. Arshad big smile after I woke up from surgery, saying that everything went splendidly well, will forever be a highlight. Special thanks to Elisa and Elica the physio team for making sure that I followed the correct measures for recovery. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to each member of the team. Your dedication has made a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful for the amazing experience during my stay.

It's changed my quality of life, definitely. I was walking unevenly and leaning over and now I can walk straight and my posture feels as though it's come back, so it is completely normal now. Going up the stairs, it used to hinder me and now I can just walk up the stairs. You don't realise at the time how difficult things are with arthritis in the hip, and only after having it replaced it feels so much better and there is a big improvement to my quality of life. Getting out of a car, I used to get so much pain, it's not there any more. People are hesitant, which I was, I didn't want to have surgery, of course, but go ahead! The improvement it will give you, no pain, I used to have pain in my lower back, even that has gone. I would recommend it, definitely.

She listened to how the problems with my hip were affecting my day to day life, particularly in relation to being unable to work. She explained clearly to me the options available, and when I opted for surgery, she clearly explained the possible outcomes, both good and bad. I met with her prior to my surgery to discuss any last-minute concerns. She was available on the morning of my surgery again to discuss any concerns and followed up with a visit post-surgery. The hip replacement has been transformational! I have gone from being able to walk only a short distance with a stick, 1 year on I am walking 10,000 steps a day and back in employment.

From start to finish, with my procedure I've been well-informed, she is very easy to speak to. The care was amazing, the London Independent Hospital was amazing. All the staff were just so nice and really helpful. A special mention for my surgeon Homa Arshad, did an amazing job with my hip replacement and I am 100% happy with the result. It's amazed me, how I actually am with movement and being out of pain so quickly.

The doctor was fine, there was no problem. The administration was difficult, I got my appointment letter just the day before my appointment at the Royal London Hospital. When I was in hospital I was in for nearly 2 weeks, and I would have liked to have more contact. Everyone was flitting around constantly, and very busy. The first few days were difficult, but once I started with the zimmer frame although it was a struggle, it became easier with the physiotherapists. I had to wait a long time for transport which wasn't easy. No complaints with my doctor though. I had to chase my GP for local NHS physiotherapy.
