I am lucky enough not to have needed hospital treatment often and was quite apprehensive; Miss Ching put me completely at ease. I found her to be very warm and friendly, she listened and understood the issues I was facing and took the time to explain what could be done in a reassuring and professional way. I would recommend her totally and hope wish that all doctors were like her!

I have so far seen Miss Ching twice in relation to an inner ear problem and on both occasions have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and considerate in her manner and approach. The way in which she conveyed to me the essentials of my problem, initial diagnosis and patience in explaining the possible treatment and medicinal remedy was open, honest and very re-assuring. I have the utmost confidence in her ability to treat my condition.

I met Ms Ching under the Choose and Book scheme and she introduced herself to my wife and I and shook both our hands. She was very polite and listened to my words on what my problem had been. She carried out a short examination and suggested some medication for a three month period and to make an appointment to see her again in three months to find out if there was any change. At the next appointment because there had been little change she decided that I should have a Swallow Scan which was done very quickly and after two more weeks when I saw her again it was decided that there was nothing bad and it was something I would have to live with. I found Ms Ching a thoroughly pleasant lady with good knowledge of her job with a good sense of humour and would have no hesitation in recommending her to any patient.
