Miss Ching was absolutely fantastic right from the first appointment with my 5 year old grandaughter to surgery and then our follow up ! She was kind approachable , very knowledgeable and spoke to my daughter and grandaughter and myself with kindness respect and fully explained what she was going to do and our follow up was the same she explained everything so so well and so we understood. Her approach with my grandaughter was amazing as she is a nervous child but she bonded with Miss Ching and to us trust goes a long way. She should be commended and is an asset to the NHS we are lucky to have such a great consultant on our ENT team !! Thankyou miss Ching x

Miss Ching was a replacement surgeon as my original consultant could no longer carry out the procedure. She explained fully the procedure along with possible side effects. I was very pleased that I suffered no bleeding post operation apart from a couple of small drops from the nose, one on the day, the other the day after. Since the operation my breathing, sleeping & general wellbeing has improved greatly. I cannot believe how little discomfort I experienced, this must be attributed to Miss Ching's skills.

I was referred to Miss Ching's Clinic by my GP as I was suffering from spontaneous nose bleeds. After a very detailed examination, she took great care explaining to me what I needed to do to rectify the condition. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and considerate, while at the same time being firm in prescribing the treatment. After 3 months I now have no nose bleeds. Thank you Miss Ching.

There is only one word to describe Miss Ching "BRILLIANT". Her professionalism, dedication to duty and patient care is exceptional. I was diagnosed by Miss Ching in 2015, she found cancer on my right vocal cord. After four weeks of radio therapy the cancer was destroyed. I have been checked every month or so up to today 14th Jan 2019. I am being handed over to a new member of the team. I will miss seeing Miss Ching and wish her well in her future career.
