I was referred to Ms Ching 18 months ago for problems related to a blocked sinus. I found her to be extremely personable putting me at ease and inspiring confidence in her skill and ability . She was very thorough in giving explanations and options and took on board my concerns . At the time I was undergoing extensive dental work and had a recent diagnosis of wet AMD . As a result I was anxious about risks associated with an operation . She listened to my concerns and agreed an alternative treatment plan and a watch and wait approach . I attended the clinic today for the results of a second scan a year later . The recommended treatment plan had worked and I no longer require an operation . I am extremely grateful to her for her considered approach and willingness to be flexible in this situation . She is undoubtedly what you would wish every doctor to be an expert care giver with a holistic approach . Thank you Ms Ching .

I am so thankful to Ms Ching for the amazing operation she, and her team performed on my throat ten days ago. Ms Ching has a good bedside manner which put me at ease from the first instance. I am eighty years of age, and for a while I was very anxious after knowing the result of the investigation that found I had a pouch in my throat which was giving me a great deal of trouble eating. Ms Ching explained what it was, and how it will be put right. I was N.H. patient in a private hospital and I could not have been treated better. Ms Ching has all the hallmarks of a great E.N.T consultant that everyone would want to be seen by, and I'm sure that she will have a long , and wonderful career.

This consultant is one of the best I know in the ENT dept. She is very very clever and knowledgeable. We have had her operate and see my 5 year old grandaughter and she was truly amazing from start to finish ! She is superb with children and very good with explaining things and she is so good she actually makes sure you understand and she is so polite and caring. Her surgery for adenoid removal is second to none not one problem or one spec of blood. Miss Ching is an asset to the trust at princess Alexandra hospital and I would recommend her to anyone . Thankyou Miss Ching we all have great admiration and respect for yo !!!
