I have now been under the watchful eye of Hoi-Yi Ching for just over a year since the initial diagnosis.
Accordingly I am now in a position to review my experience for the benefit of future patients that find themselves in her care.
Firstly, and probably the most reassuring, is that she is thorough; she double checks and comes across as being genuinely concerned and determined to help to the best of her ability which is clearly considerable.
Secondly, yet equally important, is that she has a positive attitude and a good sense of humour yet does not beat about the bush when it comes to the facts.
You will be in good hands.
