She could listen more and show concern for patients general well being

I am sorry you feel this way. Would you be able to add some context to this statement? Was this in an outpatient or inpatient setting? I am sorry to say that our Outpatients clinics have been over running lately. I do apologise to patients and always try to ensure that even if it is busy outside, the patient in front of me is my priority. I take your comments very seriously. If you feel that I have not listened and showed concern for your well-being, I would encourage you to raise a concern to our Trust or please feel free to contact my secretary about this, and I will endeavour to get back to you.
