Ms white clearly knows her stuff and she has performed nice tidy surgery for me - even the nhs waiting list wasnt too long

Harriet takes an interest in my life and I do feel she makes the effort to know me as a patient.
It’s a shame the NHS won’t give her more time what she needs to do, but ultimately I do trust her to help me.

Miss White appeared to have little empathy regarding my situation.
It was clear she had not properly read my case notes.
Despite being referred to her with a bone tumour, she treated me as if I was imagining my medical condition and that I just had the common cold.
