Not only great care but cared a great deal. Always had time to listen and ensured I understood totally what was going on and going to occur. Fully explained the options open to me. Her understanding and support meant a great deal to me and my family. No improvements needed. WELL DONE!!!!

We were seen on time :) . She was really friendly and reassuring. She spent a long time with us explaining things in detail but also in an easy to understand way! Def hope to see her again

Following a mammogram and subsequent ultrasound scan I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July. My Consultant was Miss Ball, who along with Nurse Collingridge explained the results in detail and the treatment to follow. The operation took place on the 24th. I arrived at the hospital late morning, was operated on during the afternoon and discharged the same evening. I saw Miss Ball and Nurse Collingridge for a follow up and review on the 8th August and after a CT scan on the 20th will commence radiotherapy treatment. Throughout the ongoing program I have been impressed with the quality of care received and which I continue to receive. From Miss Ball who performed the operation so successfully that it is hardly noticeable and who along with Nurse Collingridge spent time making me feel comfortable and supported, to the professionalism and empathy of all the staff at Ipswich Hospital with whom I have had contact. Thankyou.

I was seen today by miss ball at the breast clinic for results of the recent surgery I had to rule out cancer. From the moment she entered the room she made me feel at ease before giving me my results. Luckily for me my results were good and no cancer detected. Miss ball was so nice to me, and was generally pleased for me. The whole experience from my first mammogram to getting my results today has been made that much easier for me to handle because of all the kindness I was shown by all the staff at the breast clinic. Thank you all so much.

The care I received was totally amazing, I was given a really good examination ,I was listened to and still sent for a scan to rule out any breast problems . This doctor treated me with respect at every moment even when nothing was found to be wrong I didn't feel like I had wasted her time . Thank you again from the bottom of my heart x x x
