I had a breast uplift and augmentation (to correct tubular breasts) 3 months ago and I cannot recommend Elena and her team more. I was cared for incredibly, with every little bump in the road it was dealt with and I was never made to feel uncomfortable. I also cannot thank the night shift nurse enough who supported me so much and got me fruit constantly because I didn’t want to eat anything else! She was an absolute star and told me off (in such a nice way) for feeling guilty for pressing the call bell. Every check up (pre and post operation) the staff have been so attentive and made the experience so positive throughout. After years of being self-conscious about my breast, Elena and her team have worked what feels like a miracle and made me feel and look incredible!

I paid for a consultation with Elena and left feeling demoralised, belittled and stupid. Elena was patronising and rude, and she aslo kept me waiting for over an hour after my consultation time without even an apology for the delay.

I have always hated my breasts. The condition of them affected my day to day well-being and left me feeling highly self conscious. I had labiaplasty surgery with Elena in mid-march and am around 4 weeks post-op. I have always felt self conscious about the size and shape of my labia and had considered this surgery for years. I was too embarrassed to book an appointment to see a surgeon, after a lot of research I came across Elena so decided to bite the bullet and book a consultation due to her great reviews and the fact she was a female surgeon (hard to find in the UK)! At the consultation Elena listened to my concerns and goals from the procedure. She explained the method she prefers (wedge technique) and showed me before and after results and examined me. At first I was slightly concerned the wedge method wasn''t going to achieve the aesthetic outcome I wanted as I wasn't sure enough tissue would be removed but Elena explained that this method will be more natural and have no visible scars. Elena was kind, compassionate and down to earth so I knew instantly I wanted the surgery done with her. I saw Elena again a week before my surgery and she answered any more questions I had. The day of the surgery I arrived by myself (due to covid restrictions) and was very nervous as I had never had any type of surgery before. Elena came to see me before I went to theatre and reassured me further. I had the procedure under local anaesthetic and sedation, I did not feel a thing and barely remember it. After the surgery I initially felt pain but it went away with paracetamol. I went back to see Elena the following morning so she could check my wound and I saw the results for the first time. Words can't describe how happy I was, it looked even better than I had imagined, there was no bruising or swelling and it was perfect in size and shape. I could walk about straight away but I made sure I was extremely careful for around 3 weeks. My recovery was a breeze, I didn't need painkillers again after the first night and I truly believe that this is due to Elena's skill and competence as a surgeon. I have no scar, you can't even tell I've had anything done and it has only been 4 weeks. If you are considering this surgery (or any cosmetic surgery) go and see Elena! I will be forever thankful to her as this has changed my life and given me the confidence in myself that I was missing, I do not believe that another surgeon could have achieved as great results as her. I wish I had done this years ago!!

Absolutely in love with my results and I am only one day post op. Elena has exceeded my expectations. She has restored my confidence within myself and I am so grateful for her.
