I have had ear problem for nearly 14 years no one knew what was wrong with my ear until I met Dr Kiverniti she knew straight away which was such a relief it was very painful and caused me loads of problems, i was then booked in for my operation. Before my operation Elina came to see me and my mum and reassured me that my operation would go perfectly. When my operation had finished Elina went to see my mum to reassure her i was fine and that the operation had gone perfectly. Now after having this problem since i was 2 and now 16 i was so relived that it was finally gone the scar behind my ear is perfectly gone after 6 months past my operation. I couldnt recommended a better ENT Surgeon

I had this Dr carry out a stapectomy on me in December 2020. She spoke with me prior to my operation and was very reassuring and her bedside manner was amazing. The aftercare was equally good. I am back on the waiting list to have the other ear done and i trust her 100%

Really sad to report that for the second time Iv had surgery by this surgeon the after care is barbaric I have made more than 30 calls Visited three different hospitals who won’t interfere with her treatment Both times I’ve literally been left to suffer for more than a week without any concerns from her Her secretary is even worse I think she believes she is medically trained I really don’t think she is capable to send a email

This doctor gave me surgery in September 2018 & was totally professional compassionate and informing. I may soon require a second op and this is the only doctor I would trust to do it.
