Really awful experience, she was condescending and dismissed past complex traumas as a concern and made me feel very embarrassed about my body. A very upsetting experience. I do NOT recommend. She also seemed very disorganised, and did not reply to my email which for the price unacceptable.

I went to see this women at London Bridge hospital. I was extremely unwell. I researched urologists before my visit and found that her profile on the LBH website fit the experience that I needed. I explained my symptoms to her . She did not take me seriously. In fact she was condescending, patronising and tried to convince me that there were no serious problems with me , despite the symptoms which I explained to her. And despite me taking time off work and her fee of £250 for 15 mins. She did not order a scan or blood test and told me there is nothing wrong. I then went to get a second opinion- the next specialist I saw ordered a scan and blood test and there I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer . The root of all my symptoms. I would recommend she orders a scan and blood test for ALL patients and LISTENs to her patients rather than trying to convince them that their symptoms are nothing to worry about.

Very unprofessional .. too blaze about patients concerns, doesn’t properly check results of the tests. During second consultation doesn’t have all results, forgets to inform patient about it later. Don’t recommend !

She was always late with her appointments which I tolerated as these things can happen. However, the dosage in the prescription she gave me was incorrect and when she was told about it, she doesn’t even know how to apologise for her mistake. A disappointing service as a private patient.

Daniela diagnosed me with LS (or BXO as it used to be known) and is the first urologist I've dealt with in 15 years that I have confidence in. She explains everything so well, and doesn't force unnecessary surgery- when financially I'm sure it would suit her to. She's honest and has helped me with my stricture problem massively, and given me great hope in further progressions to tackle the condition. She is without doubt the leading urologist in the field of LS, and I'd urge any fellow sufferer to read Daniela's papers on the topic. I am fortunate to have private medical insurance through my employer but I would happily pay to continue to be treated by her... she puts your mind at ease within seconds of walking into her surgery, and facilities at London Bridge are exceptional. For any sufferer of LS, or suffering from urethral strictures- she is the person to help you.
