I have been referred to Miss Dhariwal twice now. She has always been personable and professional. She explained everything clearly, including what she thought was wrong with me and how she was going to deal with it. The surgery she performed resolved my problem without any complications. I had complete confidence in her and her ability to deal with my problems. Unlike many other health professionals, Miss Dhariwal treated me as an individual and not just another patient, listening to my concerns and taking on board any specific requests I had in relation to how and when I received my treatment. All aspects of the service I received from her team were excellent. The appointments system worked extremely well, the waiting room was never overcrowded and I rarely had to wait more than 5-10 minute to see her. An excellent advertisement for the NHS.

Good care, other than always having to wait as appointments pretty much run late on a regular basis. First operation was not done by this doctor and was not that well done, but then it was redone by this doctor and all was successful. Very good bedside manner, efficient. Listens to the patient.

When I first visited Miss Dhariwal a year ago, the waiting room was not a good place to be. People were sitting on the floor in the corridors, probably because most if not all appointments were running very late. It was dirty, sticky seats and generally had a air of " we don't care". Not the impression you want when you feel poorly. Miss Dhariwal , also running quite late, listened and made me feel she cared about my problem. She explained what she thought was happening and the way we would proceed. Since my first visit the waiting room is a revelation and the cleaners deserve a big pat on the back. It is no longer crowded which has to be because appointment times are being more or less being achieved. Miss Dhariwal continues to listen, explains her thoughts and tells you how we will proceed in the future. The treatment is working and I'm happy. In conclusion, Miss Dhariwal listens, tells you her diagnosis and explains how she will go forward. She is very professional and I wish her well for the future.
