Mrs Sabai is a lovely lady who listens to you and wants to help. She gives you lots of advice and tries many ways to help not just the child but the whole family.

The Doctor was good with the patient and came across to understand him. Although when the parents were questioned the Doctor appeared to be quite sharp and it seemed like our opinion didn't matter. Rather than discussing options, it was very black and white.
