I found Dr Gallagher had a pleasant manner; listened to me ; carefully checked my history on the system; examined me & came up with a possible diagnosis ; advised re the next step in treatment & what to do if that failed ....she also printed off some information re my condition from patient.co.uk which was very helpful ...maybe she & all the GP's could suggest that web site for patients to look up conditions for themselves at home, especially if they are pushed for time. I would be happy to see Dr Gallagher again as i believe she would ensure to give the best advice / correct treatment & ongoing support to ensure the best possible outcome.
