Catharine is personable and quickly put me at my ease. She answered my questions and explained the treatment clearly. She always makes conversation as she carries out the treatment, which helps to take my mind off it. She's attentive and remembers personal information about me. She also inspires confidence with her professional honesty and openness. I did feel slightly disappointed with the results following the first treatment, but Catharine reassured me at my next appointment that this was to be expected and the next treatment would be much more effective (which it was). Perhaps this is something that could have been made a bit clearer at the first appointment.
