The Doc really listens to what I want my outcome to be and then gives me options based on those outcomes. Most other Docs decide what they want to do and don't factor in my outcomes well enough. This Doc does 2 way discussion, many others just dictate the programme. I was also surprised to get follow up emails from the Doc, I haven't had that before from a surgeon. I had no problem getting my own questions answered too.
