I was diagnosed with two benign brain tumours back in October. I was operated on the 24th February. The operation was a success. I was very lucky to be operated on by Caroline Hayhurst, whom I have no doubt is one of the best surgeons in her field. I sent the first 4/5 days in T4 the high dependency unit. I have to say the nursing received there was second to none. Then I was moved to the ward B4. The standard of nursing there is just wonderful. A very well run hospital . I could not have gone to a better place for my particular condition. A big thank you to everybody who helped me there. And to Caroline Hayhurst. Whom I will be eternally grateful to.

I have to write a review on behalf of my husband who was treated by ms hayhurst at Cardiff uhw to remove his arcoustic neuroma. Right from the start she gave us complete confidence and when he first presented she admitted him straight away. Her care went above and beyond and we have to say her work goes beyond exceptional.

I was extremely lucky having Miss Hayhurst perform a lamenectomy & disectomy after I'd had a nasty fall at my daughter's in Tenby. I was initially taken to Withybush hospital in Haverfordwest. Miss Hayhurst was really friendly,. I was in the health hospital from May 26 I was blue lighted from Withybush to the Heath hospital for emergency spinal surgery. I would like to thank Miss Hayhurst and her team for performing the surgery and the aftercare and everyone on B4 Neuro and C4 Neuro who looked after me

I am so privileged to have been operated on by miss Hayhurst ,she is a very down to earth , straight talking , confident person who made me feel very reassured before my pituitary gland tumour surgery . She came to see me straight after the operation and several times on the ward .I can't thank her enough for all she did for me , I a truly blessed . Everyone I met whilst in hospital has the utmost respect for miss Hayhurst . She is truly a legend .
