I have now seen Miss Sharma on 2 occasions. If my medical issue reoccurs I will definitely see a different consultant. I have today put in a formal complaint to the general manager of Springfield hospital regarding Miss Sharma's conduct. She is rude, patronising, unhelpful and was very keen on me having the hormonal coil despite me explaining the reasons why I didn't want this and would not discuss alternatives. I have never met such an unprofessional consultant. Avoid at any cost!
