Miss Gumma is always professional, efficient and friendly . She is interested in my opinions of my care within her and other Departments within the NHS. I have great faith in Miss Gumma and all the staff in the Fitzwilliam Hospital. I think when further appointments need to be made after consultation, patients could go to a different reception desk. Patients have to queue up again at the main reception. This can cause anxiety to patients needing to go back to work after their appointments, picking up children, shopping to do etc. Just an idea! Dr Gumma was a very understanding dr. I felt informed with no pressure and she was kind and understanding to my concerns, giving me the option to seek different treatment whilst making my own opinion feel valid. I was needlessly nervous about my appointment but Dr Gumma made me feel like a person, not a pain!
