I would like to give my feedback on the excellent treatment I received in your department. So far the treatment is a complete success with hardly any discomfort and everything fixed. I suppose colorectal problems can be sensitive for some patients, but the attitude and approach of all the staff were most reassuring, your own professional assurance most of all. The ‘magic’ machine used to dispense the bands was impressive and very fast, which I suppose is also a tribute to your skill and dexterity using it. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered treatment on the same visit as my initial consultation; the whole thing was over in minutes. The bigger picture of the new hospital itself was also very good.
