Dr Matson has been excellent. She listened to my description of the symptoms and discomfort carefully and was very patient and attentive. Her examination of my eye was very thorough. She had to keep telling me not to look directly at her face but to train my eye on her ear instead which I found difficult to do at first given her pulchritude. She provided me with clear and helpful diagnosis and advice in an empathetic but very professional manner. She also took the time to telephone me at home to give me the results of MRI and other tests which was very much appreciated.
