I have been a patient of Dr Anna Gkountelia.. since last year. I had a long-standing problem with my tear ducts and had surgeries before. Dr Anna… performed two surgeries on my eyes in the past year. I must confess that these procedures have been life changing for me. Her level of professionalism and expertise are well beyond my expectations. I adore her not only as a superb senior doctor but also as a very kind and caring doctor who loves her patients and does her utmost to rectify their problems. She is a true example of the best doctor I can imagine alongside being the best human being. I feel privileged to be treated by her and certainly her presence in the Barking Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust is a major advantage for the trust all patients who are using the service in the area.
