I was really nervous going into my appointment from past treatment and Dr Kar was incredible, she put me at ease and really picked up on my nervousness and helped to address it throughout my appointment without making me feel embarrassed about it at all. The treatment and experience was quick and painless and everything was explained so well. I truly hope that more doctors can be like her.

I saw Ms Kar at St Mary's Hospital, Newport, Isle of Wight. I walked in with a degree of trepidation. Ms Kar immediately put me at ease, listening to my concerns and explaining the process with a gentle, but firm authority that was very compelling. What could have been a scary experience actually became a relatively enjoyable one, given the nature of the procedure. I learnt a lot. There was laughter and I left knowing that I had been in safe hands.

What a credit to the profession Dr Kar is. I'm not a nervous patient but if I was, she would be who I wanted to see. Her professional manner and kindness was lovely.

For many years I have been struggling with some embarrassing discomfort that limited my joy of life not only from sports and social meetings, but even from everyday activities, e.g. shopping, cleaning. On my second routine visit, she diagnosed changes in my body. After 3 months of taking the prescribed medications, my ailments disappeared. Now I can lead a normal life and play sports. go for a walk, shop, pick up items, meet friends, go for a coffee, etc. Ms A Kar is very professional, great communication with the patient. Thank you
