I went to the outpatients this morning. Alex was my attending consultant, she was warm friendly and completely professional. Her bed side manner and patient care is first class, other health care professional could learn from her . She was respectful not only to me, but included her team. I felt very safe and cared for. I left feeling very happy of the wonderful, compassionate care I had received. I am a fellow health care professional and she certainly met the 6 C's of care. Well done Alex, you are a pure breath of fresh air -don't change a thing.

Dr. Lawrence was one of the nicest doctors I've dealt with. Very friendly, professional and efficient. I was unfortunately late for my appointment but she still managed to make time for me. She was nice to her assistant which is always good to see. I left feeling relaxed, informed and positive about a procedure I was initially quite apprehensive about. I would be happy to deal with Miss Alexandra Lawrence again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Alex Lawrence. I feel incredibly fortunate that she was the one to perform this operation as from the moment I met her, I felt entirely confident in her abilities. She held my hand the entire way through, no question was too silly. I felt 100% safe and cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you Dr Lawrence for doing such an amazing job.
