Miss Alexandra Lawrence is friendly, informative, caring and professional. So far on dealing with this medical issue she has been the most informative person we have dealt with. Where there was information that she didn't have (due to another hospital not passing it through), she made it her job to gain that information by asking questions. So far we have been through a very stressfull & traumatic time, but after our appointment with Miss Lawrence it was the first time where we felt positive in moving forward. God forbid that I should personally need to ever come to this department I would hope that I would be seen by miss Lawrence too. I cannot give many suggestions in regards to this doctor as there are no faults with the way she conducts herself or her appointments, However in regards to the actuall departments, it would be helpful if they were aware of the times that other departments stop working (we were sent for a test but when we got down there they refused to do it as they said it was too late & that the fact it was supposed to be done before a pre op test 'didn't matter') and it would be helpful if someone actually checked & replied to the messages left on the answerphone number we were given As when we had a problem/question we couldn't get hold of anyone as the nurse was on leave so we kept calling the answerphone number but nobody got back to us.

Dr.Lawrence was friendly and welcoming. She made me feel at ease. She listened to me and explained what to expect during the procedure and how I may feel afterwards. I was introduced to the team and made to feel as comfortable as possible.

Miss Lawrence is one doctor I will recommend to anybody . She makes one feel relax .and explain clearly the procedures and treatment one need to under go .

I went to see Alex Lawrence yesterday, she was running late but a nurse came out to apologise and Alex was also apologetic. I felt that she listened to what I was saying, she explained everything that she was going to do and what would happen next. The care was great, Alex kept asking if I was ok with what was happening and I felt really relaxed with her.
