Miss Lawrence was up to speed on my condition and the investigations so far. She explained clearly and the choices in treatments. She offered me treatment at the clinic which was sensitively done and I felt very safe. Further treatment is needed and she involved me in producing a plan and pre-op and operation dates were agreed before I left. I feel confident that I have received thorough care and time has been given to effective intervention.

She was very personable, friendly and explained everything clearly, answered all my questions. In the procedures, she was very gentle and careful, made every effort to ensure my comfort and shared with me what she was finding. A very reassuring experience. Ms Lawrence has a lovely demeanour, she greeted all her patients including my mum and I with a warm smile, introduced herself and asked how we were. She took the time to explain everything in a way that we would understand. She had a kind, gentle and caring manner and instantly made my mum feel at ease, at a time when she was under great stress and feeling extremely anxious. Ms Lawrence gave us the opportunity to ask questions and provided us the information we needed. She is an absolute credit to the NHS and a fine example of how all healthcare professionals should be. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Lawrence and Nurse Deborah who is part of Ms Lawrence's team for the excellent service we received at both appointments my mother attended.
