This doctor had a kind gentle manner which was very helpful as my 15 year old daughter was being treated for an allergic reaction. She appeared very knowledgeable and even though she couldn't gaurantee another severe reaction she did say that in her experience consequent ones would be less aggressive which was comforting to hear. All the nursing staff at the hospital were attentive and kind and we were seen within 10 minutes of arrival.
The reception staff were efficient but did not have a friendly or welcoming manner.
