Miss Bong recently was part of my care I was having a cancer operation and needed a stent fitted. Miss Bong came to see me whilst waiting was as always very understanding and reassuring.

I saw Miss Bong to have polyps removed from my bladder. I had already had an unpleasant experience with another consultant who did the initial cystoscopy. I was expecting the same, but the more involved procedure with Miss Bong was a totally different experience who was gentle and very empathetic. Female urology appears to be a very under represented speciality. I've got to have another cystoscopy on 19th August and have requested Miss Bong. If you see this Miss Bong please can you carry out this procedure for me? I really don't want anyone else.
