Nicholas Lewis seen by Dr Mathur at 10.30am on Thursday 31st October 2013. This was my first visit since my stem cell transplant at Barts Hospital on 13th June 2013. I was under Barts until Mon 23rd September and then released back to the care of Broomfield. Dr Mathur asked me all the relevant questions as to how I was and gave me current information regarding my blood and urine results. Is going to write to my GP about a recommendation that I should see the orthopaedic surgeon about kyphoplasty treatment as the MM had caused damage to the spine and bones in my lower back. I have always found Dr Mathur most caring and she spent time telling me that it was most important having my vaccinations at my GP's surgery because at present I was under risk. A most useful and pleasant visit!
