After surgery to remove a benign brain tumour, I was left with facial palsy on the left side of the face. I was referred to Ms Tzafetta and after a consultation, in December 2019 I had surgery with Ms Tzafetta to rectify this. Muscle and nerves from my left thigh were inserted into my face. At all times I was told what would happen during and after surgery. I was checked regularly and in March 2015 I was discharged from the clinic. Ms Tzafetta was very pleased with the results, as am I. The new muscle in the face is now beginning to work and the face is symmetrical which it wasn’t before. I am it will continue to improve and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. Ms Zafetta and her team are caring and considerate, they listened to all my concerns and really are experts in their field. I would not hesitate to recommend.
