While I was in the care of Mr siddiqi I was operated on to rebuild my face after the first operation I was left with a hole on the inside of my mouth which you could see the bone through when I contacted Mr siddiqi he requested that I return to the hospital for another operation to seal the hole after the second operation I was left with a bigger hole and broken pins in my jaw when I questioned this I was left with no answer until I asked for a second opinion and told that the bone in my face had died as soon as it was exposed to oxygen I then had to have another operation where the fibula was transplanted to my face and I spent 8 days in an induced coma
