It has been an absolute pleasure being attended by Dr. Zoe Astrolakis. She is been very aprochable, opened listener, empathetic human being with full knowdledge and profesionalism in her grounds. Looking after all type of patients from her heart as a good doctor, looking after any type of diagnosis or concerns that patients have, also those who were not related to her specialty as a Gp or psychologist, not just cardiac related. She followed appointments very quickly and profesional, reviewing past historical records and tests, requesting new tests if needed. I am amazed with her treatment, I felt talking with a bright star feeling and receiveing her good energy during all the proccess. Carismatic, joifull, loving and positive actitud that is passed to the patient's soul. I'd say she is the type of doctor who can cure many people just with a smile and revitalised energised supporting manners. Worthy to remember her. So many thanks Doctor Zoe :)

I was very happy with Dr Astroulakis, she did a very comprehensive assessment of my heart with three separate tests. She asked me lots of questions and carefully excluded all kinds of possible diagnoses. Dr Astroulakis is clearly a very skillful and knowledgeable cardiologist, and I have 100% trust in her competence. What I particularly liked about her is her caring and personable style. Even at our first meeting, she was so kind and reassured me after I had received a scary assessment by a GP. Just that improved my heart health! It is rare to have excellent medical skills and compassion in one doctor. Thank you Dr Astroulakis, please never stop practicing medicine!

I was recently referred to Dr Astroulakis to discuss my heart health. From that first consultation I was struck by how well she listened to my concerns. She was thorough and asked very detailed questions about my medical history going back to childhood. I realise how much pressure GPs are under everyday, so it was very reassuring to get to speak to someone who took the time to explore my symptoms. She discussed the follow up tests that were available, explaining which were best for me and why. They were carried out very quickly and Dr Astroulakis contacted me as soon as the results were ready. During the follow up, she answered my questions and concerns fully. She made the whole experience a lot less scarey. And for that - Thank you!

I am grateful that I met you. I was in a lot of pain and had failed to get anywhere for 2 years. I was about to give up. Thank you for listening, for your empathy and compassion. I had struggled with covid for 2 years and I wasn’t being taken seriously. I felt I so isolated and let down. However I feel blessed that I came across you. You helped and pointed me in the right direction. For that I am grateful I cannot thank you enough. I am receiving treatment and so much better. This is all because of your kindness and for being a good listener. Above all thank you for being a beautiful human being.

I would certainly recommend Dr Zoe Astroulakis. I trust her completely. I fully confer with all the enthusiastic comments about her on this site and would like to contribute a short account of my own experience. I collapsed whilst working in a very warm studio and was unconscious for about 10 minutes. An ambulance was sent for and the paramedics' tests showed a that I had a heart irregularity. My GP referred me to Dr Astroulakis and she organised an urgent echocardiogram and 24 hour tape monitoring. Having got the results of these, she referred me to a colleague, a consultant cardiac surgeon, for urgent consideration of a permanent pacemaker. This surgeon phoned me to say that he did not need to examine me first since recommendations from her were always authoritative, and I had the pacemaker implanted, just a few days later. From the first referral to her to the installation of the pacemaker took a mere three weeks. Zoe Astroulakis saw me a week later, confirmed that all was well, and conferred with her surgeon colleague who said that I could resume normal activities immediately. I have gone into all this detail to show how efficient, persuasive and decisive she was throughout. The quality I should like particularly to mention is her very positive and encouraging approach. She radiates positive enthusiasm when conveying good news and always taking a positive attitude about what to expect after not-so-good news.
